  Clean Kitchen counters

  Clean stove tops

  Clean refrigerator top and outside

  Clean outside microwave oven

  All cabinets and appliance surfaces cleaned

  Polish furniture

  Wipe garbage cans and lids

  Dust baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, windowsills, furniture, light fixtures and other décor.

  Garbage removal, new bag

  Sweep and mop or vacuum floors

  Organize counter tops 

  Wash dishes and clean the sink

  Wipe doorknobs and light switches with

antibacterial cleaner

DINING ROOM

  General clean up

  All cupboard and appliance surfaces cleaned

  Polish furniture

  Dust baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, windowsills, furniture, light fixtures and other décor.

  Spot clean walls and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges

  Garbage removal, new bag, wipe cans

  Sweep and mop or vacuum floors including under table

  Wipe doorknobs and light switches with antibacterial cleaner

  Organize as much as possible

FAMILY ROOM

  General straightening up

  Sweep and mop or vacuum floors (look/swipe under tables and couch) 

  Dust baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, windowsills, furniture, light fixtures and other décor.

  Spot clean walls and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges

  Garbage removal, new bag, wipe cans

  Wipe doorknobs and light switches with antibacterial cleaner

  Organize as much as possible

FORMAL ROOM

  General straightening up

  Sweep and mop or vacuum floors (look/swipe under tables and couch)

  Dust baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, windowsills, furniture, light fixtures and other décor.

  Spot clean walls and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges

  Garbage removal, new bag

  Wipe doorknobs and light switches with antibacterial cleaner

  Organize as much as possible 

BEDROOM

  General straightening up

  Dust baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, mirrors

  Beds made and linen changed (if linens are left on bed)

  Complete mopping/vacuuming in carpeted areas

  Wipe under bed

  Garbage removal

  Wipe doorknobs and light switches with antibacterial cleaner

  Organize as much as possible

BATHROOM

  Sanitation of showers and bathtubs

  Wipe tile walls

  Organize as much as possible

  Sanitation of sinks and vanities 

  Mirrors cleaned

  Floors/rugs vacuumed or mopped, leave curtain up

  Toilets cleaned, lid and seat left up

  Wipe doorknobs and light switches with antibacterial cleaner

LAUNDRY ROOM/STAIRS

  General straightening up

  Complete mop/vacuuming in carpeted areas, wipe downstairs

  Dust baseboards, wipe down washer/dryer 

  Polish furniture

On-Base Government Directed (GC) Moves- Minimum Standard for Cleaning

(All personal items must be removed prior to cleaning)

·      Kitchen: Clean all surfaces, counter tops, sink area, wipe down inside and out cabinets and drawers.

·      Walls: Clean dirty areas of walls and switch plates.

·      Carpets/Floors: Vacuum all carpets. Sweep and mop all floors.

·      Appliances: Washer/ Dryer- Clean inside/outside and under. 

                                 Refrigerator- Clean inside/outside and under.

                                 Stove/Oven- Clean inside/outside and under.

·      Bathrooms: Clean all surfaces including mold removal, wall tiles, soap scum removal from tub/shower, countertops and sink area, wipe down inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, toilet, remove excessive dust from exhaust fan.

·      Ceiling Fans: Clean dust from ceiling fans.

·      Balcony: Sweep/Mop.

·      Windows: Clean inside of windows and window sills.

*Steam cleaning carpets/waxing floors/power washing not included.
